Shipping Policy

Shipping is free of charge on orders of $400 or more.

For orders less than this value, shipping will be applied at $10 per 6 bottles or part thereof for South Australia, and $20 per 6 bottles or part thereof for all other States.

Australia Post is our preferred shipping partner.

Average delivery time is 3 – 5 days, but may take longer for remote destinations or during peak periods of demand. Where possible, we will provide a tracking number for you to check the progress of your delivery. 

 

Quotes on international freight can be arranged on request. Please note that clearance charges, duties excise and taxes may be applicable at the country of arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the product is faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you a replacement or refund including the cost of shipping. 

 

If for personal reasons the product is not acceptable, we can arrange for a product exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it when it is returned to Hare’s Chase. It must also be in the original packaging. You will need to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item under these circumstances.

 

To complete your return, contact Hare’s Chase via email with the receipt or proof of purchase and we will advise the process for returning your wine.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. This policy expires 30 days from date of purchase.
